Federal Way Naturopathy is seeking a Naturopathic Physician to join our team of highly motivated and passionate physicians in a multi-faceted clinic environment.
We are a well-established female-owned clinic that has been delivering high-quality care for our patients since 1998. We have an excellent team environment that encourages supportive engagement with each other; we work collaboratively towards the growth and success of all team members.
Our structure is based on practitioners operating as independent contractors with Federal Way Naturopathy providing administrative support and facilities. This allows practitioners to concentrate on patient care. Practitioners receive percentage compensation on proceeds from patient appointments and supplement purchases. The practitioner may structure their schedule as desired and as rooms are available. We offer full-time support services with 3 receptionists and 2 medical assistants, along with full billing, collection and administrative services.
We provide primary naturopathic care to all ages and specialties are always welcome. Dual license ND/LAc is always a welcome addition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical history, lifestyle factors, and performing relevant physical examinations.
- Utilize naturopathic principles to diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and make medical specialty referrals when necessary.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
- Implement a combination of nutraceutical therapies, lifestyle modifications, and nutritional counseling to promote healing and optimal health.
- Educate patients on naturopathic principles, lifestyle modifications, and preventive measures.
- Foster a collaborative and empowering relationship with patients to actively involve them in their healthcare journey.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
- Maintain open communication with colleagues to share knowledge and insights.
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records and documentation of treatments provided.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution.
- Current license to practice naturopathic medicine in the state of Washington.
- Current malpractice insurance.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to work in an interdisciplinary collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and holistic wellness.
